About

Dalton Call is a Photographer & Videographer hailing from Utah, USA who is either shooting on analog mediums, or inspired by them. Having graduated with a multi-award winning BA dual major in both Digital Film and Photography, he prides himself in being fiercely collaborative in creative environments and has an unrelenting willingness to serve those he works with. Keeping a keen eye for nostalgic color arrangements and compelling visual storytelling, coupled with a knack for post-production processes, Dalton is a creative workhorse and (more importantly) a joy to be around.

Artist Statement

"I believe in working with what you’ve got. I frequently use artistic mediums that allow me to embrace shortcomings. I like seeing the artist’s hand in the work, because just like people, art is imperfect.

While it’s critical to be able to approach art as an technician, scientist, or mathematician, don’t lose sight of how you felt during adolescence playing with your toys.

Wear the subtle imperfections on your sleeve. Never strip an image, song, or film of its personality."
